American Cancer Society holds Crystal Ball

The popular off-Broadway production of "Tony n' Tina's Wedding" was the main entertainment for the annual Crystal Ball: Reflections, Looking Toward the Future with Hope. The event was held on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, at Giovanni's in Rockford.

Features of the ball included dancing, a raffle of custom Zavius Jewelers jewelry, auctions and a dollar dance. ACS holds the ball annually to raise funds for research, education, advocacy and patient support services in the Rockford area.
